Learn how to equip yourself and your coaching clients with the tools and resources you need to become more resilient during difficult times.

Watch the webinar recording where Firstbeat’s Tiina Hoffman, our special guest and Firstbeat Life partner Kate Fismer joined us to discuss the art of assembling a ‘resilience backpack’ – a curated collection of techniques and resources designed to help us cope better during challenging times.

Much like you’re preparing and packing for a trek, Kate will dive into a range of topics such as harnessing your inner compass, which resources help combat exhaustion, what keeps you topped up, and what helps guide you when you’re feeling lost.

Kate will also utilize her expertise and research on sleep to talk about the pivotal role of sleep in resilience building, along with self-compassion, self-regulation, and nutrition.

You’ll learn practical tips on how to help clients incorporate more recovery activities into their daily life so that they can start to use them more consciously to self-regulate whenever their stress response is triggered.

Watch the recording to ensure you don’t miss out on this valuable opportunity to learn from Kate’s expertise from working with global organizations, Higher Education Institutions, and the NHS.
