Firstbeat’s Master Trainer Tiina Hoffman will start off by sharing some findings from projects that have been conducted over the years in these sectors, utilizing Firstbeat data. After that, she will discuss the topic with her expert guest from the field, Firstbeat partner Wade Warren, who is a retired law enforcement and community corrections professional who now works as a wellness and leadership coach.

They will discuss his ongoing wellness project with US probation officers in Alaska and Iowa and share some of the results and revelations that Firstbeat Life data has brought so far, both at individual and group level.

Speakers

Tiina Hoffman Master Trainer

Tiina Hoffman is an Exercise Physiologist who works at Firstbeat as a Specialist and Master Trainer. She has over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry and research.

As a young adult, Tiina spent 4 years cross-country ski racing and then 4 year coaching at the University of Alaska, Anchorage. Once back in Finland, she found her way to Firstbeat after several years in overtraining and heart rate variability field studies at the Research Institute for Olympic Sports and the University of Jyväskylä.
