Saga Performance specializes in helping corporates and individuals reach top-level performance using a systems-based approach. The company’s founder, Satu Ahlman, is an advisor with specializations in performance coaching, interpersonal communication, and leadership and executive team development, as well as developing healthy high-performance cultures with a top-down approach.

Satu has worked as an executive advisor for C-level executives, entrepreneurs, and management teams worldwide for over a decade. Prior to founding Saga Performance she worked with executive and management team assessments in the Nordics, leadership development globally, and has also led a successful turnaround as CEO of a business in Finland.

Tiina Hoffman

Tiina Hoffman Master Trainer, Firstbeat

Tiina Hoffman is an Exercise Physiologist who works at Firstbeat as a Specialist and Master Trainer. She has over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry and research.

As a young adult, Tiina spent 4 years cross-country ski racing and then 4 year coaching at the University of Alaska, Anchorage. Once back in Finland, she found her way to Firstbeat after several years in overtraining and heart rate variability field studies at the Research Institute for Olympic Sports and the University of Jyväskylä.
