Based on years of research, we have developed advanced analytics of physiological measures to provide accurate insights into exercise, stress, recovery, and sleep. The physiological metrics and data export opportunities, combined with Firstbeat sensors, allow the platform to be used in applied physiological research globally.

In this webinar, we will introduce Firstbeat Life for research – a solution intended for lifestyle, stress, recovery, sleep and health or wellbeing -related research.

Learn more about the Firstbeat Life for research solution, background of the method, what the solution includes, and how to use it for different types of research. We will also share a few examples of interesting research projects, where Firstbeat methods have been used, and will reserve time for your questions in the end.
