Firstbeat Part of the Conference Programme on this Year’s Athletik-Konferenz in Germany

Firstbeat is from the 2nd to the 4th of September not only part of the exhibition area at the Athletik-Konferenz 2016 in Hennef, Germany but Firstbeat’s Christoph Rottensteiner will also present the topic “Metabolic training monitoring and recovery management in team sports – Application and conclusions”. Case studies from the field of professional team sports will be presented, which provides insights into the metabolic training load, stress and recovery management during the season on a team but also on individual level. Focus is placed on heart rate and heart rate variability based data, which are supported by training and recovery analyses. The presentation will take place on the first day of the conference, on the 02.09.2016 from 5.30pm to 6.15pm.
