We have made improvements to our sleep recognition logic. If a sleeping period is missing from the journal entries for some nights, the app will now recognize this automatically. This guarantees results for nighttime recovery for each night that you measure.
Following the release of this improvement, all previous measurement results have been updated. Please take into account that this might have an effect on your earlier results in case any night-time sleeping period was previously missing during the time of your analysis.
Despite the improved automatic sleep recognition, we still recommend you mark sleeping periods as diary entries.
